These first steps are essential and advice is offered free of charge.

FOR SYSTEMS UNDER WARRANTY
The warranty period for equipment is 24 months from the date of commissioning. During this period, any defective equipment is replaced with new equipment (if repair is not possible), provided that the equipment to be replaced has failed due to manufacturing defects, and not due to vandalism or improper operation.
FOR SYSTEMS IN POST WARRANTY
Any customer benefits from unconditional post-warranty maintenance and consultancy, with a response time of 24 - 72 hours from the time of the request. Depending on the severity of the situation, the intervention period is shorter (depending on the distance to the target and the physical availability of the technicians). Software troubleshooting can be done remotely. Any remote intervention lasting less than 20 minutes is free of charge.
A post-warranty service contract gives you extra security, annual system check-ups and a reduced bill of materials due to discounts on spare parts list and labour.

FOR OTHER SYSTEMS
We offer maintenance/consultancy for almost all types of hotel access control systems on the market. Depending on the manufacturer of the system, we offer spare parts, access cards, repairs of reception equipment (encoders, programmers, etc.), system overhauls.
